September 18 - Graduation Announcements and Cap Gown packets will be distributed during Academic Time.
September 21 - Orders are due to the front office or online
March 4 - Announcements will be delivered and available for pick up during lunch
Service hour report forms are available on our website and from Mrs. Burns in the Community Hub. Service hours must be completed to receive a diploma or for a final transcript to be sent. Service must be completed by April 1, 2018. Seniors will present their service experience over all four years on Holy Thursday to a panel of teachers and professionals.

Caps and Gowns must be picked up on May 1st during lunch.
Gowns will need to be pressed prior to Baccalaureate. Caps and gowns may not be embellished in any way. ONLY APPROVED STOLES AND CORDS ARE TO BE WORN WITH THE GOWN. NO OTHER ADORNMENTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE CAP OR THE GOWN.
All fees and fines must be paid before Cap and Gowns will be distributed.
Trashcans will be in the hallways on test days so you can empty lockers. Please have lockers emptied by the end of the day on Tuesday, May 6th.
Students will practice for graduation before the award assembly on May 7th. To participate in graduation students MUST attend graduation practice.

Seniors should arrive at St. Marks in caps and gown by 4:30. Required attire is listed in the next column. Students may wear approved honor stoles and honor cords to Baccalaureate. Seniors will be bused from St. Mark’s to SMA directly after mass. Each family gets 10 tickets.

Tickets are required for all graduation guests. Doors at SMA will not open until 7:30 pm. Each family gets 15 tickets.
Etiquette at Graduation - As a courtesy to the graduates and all of our families, we ask that you respect the ceremony with your dignified attention. No loud noisemakers are allowed. We reserve the right to remove any person(s) from the graduation ceremony.
Boys: Sports coat required,
Dress shirt, tie and slacks
Dress shoes and dark socks
NO facial hair or earrings
Girls: Dress or dress skirts or slacks and blouse
Strapped dress flats or heels (no flip-flops)
School guidelines for behavior are in effect for all activities through the conclusion of graduation. Consequences resulting from misbehavior must be resolved before the diploma will be mailed.
Students Post High School Plans and awarded scholarships will be included in the graduation program.
Diplomas and Transcripts: Diplomas and transcripts will be sent within several weeks of graduation unless student obligations such as grades, credits, service hours tuition and disciplinary sanctions are not fulfilled.
Colleges require a final transcript. You must place a final request through email to Mrs. Taylor. Transcript forms are available in Mrs. Taylor’s Office.
Health records and permanent records will be handed out to seniors and their parents after the graduation ceremony on May 9, 2019. After that time, they can be picked up in the Registrar's Office. You will need immunization information for college. We will not be responsible for health records and they will be discarded after August 2019.
