The science department at Saint Michael the Archangel is pleased to announce the student of the month award. Ryan Holst, an Astronomy and Meteorology student was nominated by Sister Stephen Patrick. According to Sister Stephen Patrick, “Ryan is an excellent student. He participates in class, completes his assignments on time, and shows enthusiasm for what we are learning. Furthermore, Ryan is bold to ask questions when there is need for clarification and works hard to understand the course content. Since the beginning of the year, I have noticed a significant increase in his confidence, particularly when he is presenting to the class. This semester he gave an incredible presentation on the Joplin Tornado and chose to be the first presenter of the semester, setting the bar high for the rest of the class.”
Ryan likes St. Michael because it is a good school and the teachers are very nice. In particular, Ryan appreciates his science teacher, Sister Stephen Patrick, because she is kind and she is a good teacher.
Congratulations Ryan Holst. Ryan Holst is the recipient of the March Science Student of the Month award given at St. Michael the Archangel High School.
