DOMINICAN SISTERS OF MARY, MOTHER OF EUCHARIST
St. Michael the Archangel Catholic High School is blessed with the gift of four Dominican Sisters who arrived in Kansas City in 2017 to help prepare for the opening of St. Michael the Archangel. The Sisters are members of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, whose Motherhouse is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The religious community was established February 9, 1997, in response to Pope John Paul II’s call for a New Evangelization within the Catholic Church, inviting the baptized to deepen their faith and share the Gospel in a world deeply secularized.
The Sisters wear the black and white habit of the Order of Preachers as an outward expression of their complete consecration to Jesus Christ. Learn more about the Dominican Sisters HERE.
